This story is divided into two chapters.
The mortals in the house.
The Ghost in master B's room.
John occupies the house that is supposed to be haunted. As soon as he moves there, things start happening like electric bells go on their own,his servant girl starts getting cataleptic and they start hearing strange noises. Most of these things happen with the servants so Patty, Jhon's sister advises that they should get rid of servants and invite their friends to live at the house.
The two parts hardly seemed connected. The first part was comparatively nice but the second one just killed the interest in the story.

vision was succeded by an omnious happening. Now he has seen the third
vision and he's baffeled by its meaning and how he can prevent the third
bad thing from happening.
