TBR

It's funny how my TBR pile keeps on increasing. For every book i finish i add 2 to 3 books to the pile. Although you can't blame me there are hordes of good author who have written lots of books and each one with such a premise it would be a sin ;) not to read them......

Like today i added The Howling trilogy by Gary Bradner to my TBR pile. i had never heard of Gary Bradner before but i came across the name in one of my Goodreads group. One of the members was reading The Howling by him and as a horror fiction fan i had to check it out.

This is the synopsis of the The Howling:

When middle-class Karyn Beatty is attacked and raped in her Los Angeles home, she suffers a miscarriage and a nervous breakdown. She and her husband, Roy, leave the city and go to stay in the secluded Californian mountain village of Drago whilst Karyn recuperates. Although the town offers Karyn a quiet lifestyle and the locals are friendly, Karyn is disturbed when she continues to hear a strange howling sound at night coming from the woods outside their new home. This puts further strain on her marriage as Roy believes she is becoming more and more unstable, but Karyn is adamant that there is something in the woods. As tension between the couple mounts, Roy begins an affair with one of the local women, a shopkeeper named Marcia Lura. However, on his way home, Roy is attacked in the woods by a large black wolf

Now after reading this how can i stop myself from reading the novel... The plot looks promising....
